"Melody and her team stuck with us for a VERY long listing period. Over 100 days on the market, and she kept working with us, giving us weekly updates and letting us know what the market was doing. We were also in a different state at the time, and she made everything SUPER easy. Her team coordinated mobile notaries and answered all of our questions along the way. I would 100 recommend her to anyone who needs to sell a house."

"Melody helped us get through a difficult real estate transaction, getting us the listing price we asked for. Difficulties were caused by the buyer's lender's inexperience with the nature of the problem, being the buyer was not an American citizen and had little credit history here. Melody hung in to make the deal happen surmounting the many obstacles and to her credit . . . IT SOLD! The end result is that we sold a beautiful house we loved to someone who appreciates it the way we did. Thanks, Melody."

"First time home buyer here and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this experience with anyone else but Melody. She had mine and my husband’s back from the first meet to the closing day. You can text or call and get a response within half an hour. Since it was our first time, every single question we had, she was there with expertise and really had our best interest. We know that because we witnessed Melody operating with integrity. She even went out of her way to make sure things got done right away, even if it meant staying after hours. We bought a house from out of state and was dealing with multiple different time zones. She negotiated and brought up concerns that we wouldn’t even have thought of since we’ve never owned a house before.
